House – 149

January 17, 2011

I did the icicles. I wasn’t going to do anymore. I would like to take photos of something besides snow. Enough already. Then my son told me to look at the back of the house. Now I have lived here for 33 years and have never seen anything like this. They are are now talking about another storm for tomorrow – snow, freezing rain and rain. I can hardly wait!

it’s good to look at but I hope, you and your house will have no problems because of all the ice! Good luck to you!

Wow – all that because of rain gutter covers? That’s a lot of icicles!

Great image, but I totally agree about “enough already”. If I never see another snowflake, it will be too soon and there is more snow in the forecast for this week. 😦

Amazing icicles, I’m impressed that you ventured outside to photograph this under the freezing conditions.

Man, I hope the ice doesn’t pull the siding off! If rain is in your forecast does that mean the end of this is in sight?

I am glad pulling off the icicles is your job instead of mine lol I have never seen them like this before!

never seen icicles like that on a house, watch out as they will be dangerous if they fall. In Stockholm city the propertyowners has to knock them down but someone always get on in the head. Wich can be fatal

Oh dear, that is an awful lot of ice! We have had loads of snow and cold this winter, but never this much rain and icicles.
